“Please consider any extracurricular activities that may interfere with Driver Education scheduling, such as team sports, part-time employment, or any planned or extended vacations etc. For extracurricular activities, students are not permitted to miss any classes as there are no arrangements to make up the missed hours. if you have any activities or plans kindly let us know so we can schedule you for the next class.

"IF STUDENT accept the course but do not show up or withdraw without notifying will be placed on the cancellation list. Should this occur twice, you will be removed from the list."

DUE TO THE HIGH VOLUME OF STUDENTS, THE DRIVER INSTRUCTOR IS UNABLE TO SEND REMINDER TEXTS OR PHONE CALLS TO PARENTS OR STUDENTS REGARDING THE SCHEDULED DRIVES. THE ONLY EXCEPTIONS ARE DURING SUMMER HOLIDAYS OR AT THE INSTRUCTOR’S DISCRETION FOR IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS.

It is the responsibility of the student (Parents or Guardians) to notify the driver instructor directly, not the school, if they are unable to attend any scheduled in-class session or drive, or in the event of an emergency or sickness,(a doctor's note is required). Driver education is not part of the school’s regular curriculum, so instructors do not have access to student attendance unless a request is made to the school.

We will only contact you (via text or email) once you are eligible and selected for the class after we finalize the list the class list will be posted in school board bulletin. Otherwise, you will not receive any texts or calls unless we need revised information. There is no guarantee that you will be assigned to the same course and dates you chose; it depends on the registrations that preceded yours. (No Deadline or time frame to contact you).if not automatically we will move you to the next available course.

Students are chosen based on their birth dates (oldest to youngest) SGI requires a minimum age of 15 years to start the class.

We commence calculating your registration once you reach the age of 15, not when you first enrolled in driver's Ed.
